The 16th National conference was held in New Delhi from October 12-15 2016, was hosted under the stewardship of Dr Alok Thakar, Prof Atul Sharma, Dr. BK Mohanty, Dr. Deepak Sareen, Dr. Kapil Sikka, Dr. Amit Chirom, Dr. Ranjit Sahoo, Dr. Rajeev Kumar, Dr. Sowrabh Arora. International faculty included Jatin Shah, Lisa Licitra (Dr. RM Tiwari Oration), Nancy Lee (Dr. LH Hiranandani Oration), Carol Bradford (Dr. PA Shah Oration), Ashok Shaha, Claudio Cernea (Foundation Oration), Umamaheshwar Duvvuri.
